老年痴呆患者家属心理状况研究及护理干预

目的探讨老年痴呆患者家属的心理健康状况。方法选择老年痴呆患者家属60例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组不作干预,只作常规健康教育;研究组进行持续、有效的护理干预,包括健康宣教、心理支持、社会支持。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对干预效果进行评定。结果干预后老年痴呆患者家属的SAS、SDS评分显著低于干预前(p<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高老年痴呆患者家属有关老年痴呆病防治知识,减轻家属的心理压力,提高家属照料患者的技能及生活满意度,并提高老年痴呆患者服药的依从性,减轻、延缓疾病的进展,提高老年痴呆患者及家属的生活质量。

INVESTIGATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STATE OF FAMILY MEMBERS OF PATIENTS WITH SENILE DEMENTIA

Objective To investigate the psychological health states of family members of patients with senile dementia. Methods 60 family members of patients with senile dementia were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each. The control group without intervention,only with the conventional health education;the study group were carried out sustainable,effective Nursing intervention,including health education,psychological support,social support. The self rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）,self rating Depression Scale（ SDS） were used to evaluate the intervention effect. Results After the intervention,the SAS,the SDS scores of the family members of patients with senile dementia were significantly lower than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant,p 0. 05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the family members of patients with senile dementia about Alzheimer＇s disease prevention knowledge,reduce the psychological pressure,improve their skills to care for patients and life satisfaction,and improve the compliance of senile dementia patients,mitigate and slow the progression of the disease,improve the life quality of senile dementia patients and their families.
