| 摘 要： | 为了促进师资队伍建设和教学改革的机遇,适应医学教育全球化发展趋势,实现与国际医学教育接轨的需求,针对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的学科特点及医师英语水平现状,实施英语教学,开展英语查房和英语沙龙的实践活动,取得了显著的成效,成为提高医师专业英语水平和英语口语的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Education of overseas students with English teahing has become an considerable component of China＇s higher education. The article aims to explore how to improve otolaryngologists＇ English language ability and its necessity according to the characteristics of otolaryngology. For the past two years,we have made routine rounds patients in English and hold the English salon activity. Fortunately,we have gained remarkable effects through this effective approach. |
