双吻合器在治疗低位直肠癌的应用

目的 :评估双吻合器吻合法在直肠癌保肛手术应用中的安全性和实用性。方法 :回顾分析自 1996年以来三年间在 84例低位直肠癌手术中应用双吻合器行吻合手术的经验。结果 :本组 84例吻合过程顺利 ,术后发生伤口感染 2例 ( 2 .2 % ) ,吻合口瘘 2例 ( 2 .2 % ) ,吻合口狭窄 3例 ( 3.6% ) ,无手术死亡。结论 :双吻合器技术可作为低位直肠手术中安全、可靠的术式选择

Double stapling technique in surgical treatment of low rectal cancer

Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of double stapling technique in anus_saving operations for patients with low rectal carcinama.Methods: From 1996 to the present,this technique was used in 84 patients with low rectal cancer,and the results were evaluated.Results: Operations of all 84 patients were successful.Complications included wound infection in 2 patients (2.2%),anastomotic fistula in 2 patients (2.2%),anastomotic stenosis in 3 patients (3.6%).Conclusions: The restults suggest that double stapling technique provides a safe alternative for anus_saving operation in patients with law rectal cancer.
