心理干预对2型糖尿病患者负性情绪及血糖控制的影响

目的 探讨心理干预措施对2型糖尿病(DM)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪以及血糖控制的影响.方法 93例患者分为实验组(n=47)和对照组(n=46),对照组采用常规治疗(饮食、运动、药物).实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用健康教育和心理干预.评估两组在干预前后症状自评量表(SCL-90),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的得分以及血糖变化情况.结果 实验组干预后4 w SCL-90各因子中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑的改善明显好于对照组(P＜0.05);SAS、SDS得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组的血糖控制情况比对照组的控制情况要好.结论 在临床护理工作中注意DM患者心理变化,把降血糖治疗与心理干预及健康教育结合起来,其疗效优于常规治疗.

An investigation of the relationship betweent paychology interventions and negative emotion and blood sugar control of DM2 patients

Objective To discuss the influnce of the paychological intervebtions on the level of anxiety, depression and blood sugar control of DM2 patients. Methods 93 patients were divided into experiment team (n =47)and control team (n = 46) . The control team received rutine treatment, and the experiment team re-ceived routine treatment as well as health education and psychological interventions. Before and after the interven-tions, we evaluated the SCL-90, SDS, SAS score and the blood sugar control of the patients. Results The ex-periment team had lower scores in somatitation, obsessive compulsive, depression of SCL-90, in SDS and in SAS after the interventions. And the blood sugar control was better than the control team. Conclusion We should pay more attention th patients's paychology and make good education interventions in clinical nursing.
