| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻泪管支架治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法对60例（68只眼）慢性泪囊炎患者行鼻泪管支架术治疗。操作：用泪道探针探通泪道,拔出针芯,插入导线,将泪道支架上的引线带出泪小点外,并把支架上端牵入泪囊。结果 60例（68只眼）慢性泪囊炎治愈62只眼,好转5只眼,无效1只眼。结论泪囊支架术操作简便,创伤小,时间短,成功率高,不影响容貌,是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
