| 摘 要： | 目的介绍血脑屏障及药物通过血脑屏障的方法。方法根据最近的中外文献中有关血脑屏障定义、组成、结构研究及药物通过血脑屏障的方法进行研究。结果目前大约有十多种方法可以可逆性开放血脑屏障,使药物透过率增加。结论根据药物性质和种类情况的不同可选用不同的开启血脑屏障方法,以提高药物疗效。
