| 摘 要： | 目的]观察机械通气病人振动排痰的效果.方法]将60例机械通气病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用振动排痰法,对照组采用手工叩击排痰法,1周后比较两组病人呼吸、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及住重症监护室(ICU)时间.结果]两组病人在R、SaO2、PaO2、PaCO2以及住ICU时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论]振动排痰用于机械通气病人明显优于手工叩击排痰.
