| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医辨证治疗不同证型眩晕的临床疗效。方法以尼莫地平为对照,随机分为中药组、西药组和中药加西药组,以头晕残障调查表(DHI)减分值为评价指标,观察不同证型3组患者的症状改善情况。结果阴虚型3组间疗效无统计学意义(P>0.05);痰浊型中药组疗效优于中药加西药组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);气虚型中药加西药组疗效优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论中药辨证治疗眩晕具有良好效果,在不同证型的眩晕中临床疗效存在差异,痰浊型和气虚型的中药疗效相对较好。
