静脉留置针两种固定方法效果对比

目的 探讨静脉留置针的最佳固定方法.方法 选择我院肾内科住院患者85例,随机分为对照组43例和观察组42例.2组均选用前臂浅静脉穿刺留置针,对照组按照传统方法 用透明敷贴覆盖留置针固定,贴膜内所附梯形胶带将留置针延长管U形固定;观察组使用透明敷贴前,先用输液贴横向固定留置针外套管的针尾,然后用75%酒精消毒皮肤后覆盖透明敷贴,改变胶带位置,最后用胶布U形固定肝素帽.每天输液完毕肝素盐水正压封管,观察2组在留置针留置时间、脱出等方面的差异.结果 观察组在留置针留置时间、留置针在位等方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 用输液贴固定针尾,酒精消毒皮肤及改变梯形胶带的位置固定留置针,可避免留置针的脱出,延长使用时间.

Comparison on the effects of two different fixation methods of intravenous catheter
