| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨早期康复干预对促进胫骨平台骨折病人手术后患肢功能恢复的影响.[方法]将64例胫骨平台骨折手术病人随机分为常规组32例,干预组32例,两组病人均采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施早期康复干预.术后6个月采用lysholm膝关节评分法对两组病人的康复效果进行评价.[结果]两组病人在患肢疼痛、肿胀、关节活动方面比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]对胫骨平台骨折病人术后早期有计划地进行康复干预有助于肢体功能早日恢复,减少肢体残疾的发生,从而提高病人的生活质量.
