老年痴呆患者家属心身健康及生活质量状况调查

目的 探讨老年痴呆患者家属的心身健康及生活质量状况,为社会化干预提供依据.方法 对56名老年痴呆患者家属(研究组)和54名健康体检者(对照组)采用症状自评量表和生活质量指数问卷评定心身健康及生活质量状况,并进行对比分析.结果 研究组症状自评量表躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分均显著高于对照组,生活质量指数问卷生活质量总指数及活动、日常生活、健康、近期支持、总体精神状态因子分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01).结论老年痴呆患者家属存在诸多的心理问题,焦虑抑郁问题更为突出,生活质量明显下降;在关心老年痴呆患者的同时也应关注其家属的心身健康.

Surveys of psychosomatic health and quality of life in family members of patients with senile dementia

Objective To explore the psychosomatic health and quality of life in family members of patients with senile dementia in order to provide basis for social intervention. Methods Psychosomatic health and quality of life were respectively assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） or the Quality of Life Index Questionnaire （QLIQ） in 56 family members of senile dementia patients and 54 healthy examinatees, and contrastive analyses carried out. Results Such factors scores of the SCL-90 were significantly higher as somatization, compulsion symptoms, interpersonal relation, depression, anxiety and hostility in the research than in the control group, those of the QLIQ as group index, activity, daily life, health, recent support and general mental status lower （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Family members of patients with senile dementia have many psycho-problems, especially anxiety and depression, their qualities of life lower notably; to the psychosomatic health of family members should be paid while being concerned about the patients.
