| 摘 要： | 目的研究辛伐他汀稳定或者消退颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床效果。方法将114例高血脂合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者随机进行分组,试验组给予辛伐他汀,对照组采用饮食控制或者服用非他汀类药物。分别于治疗后6个月、12个月检测LDL-C、TC和TG等指标,并检测颈动脉硬化斑块的变化。结果治疗组和对照组6个月和12个月LDL-C、TC等指标明显低于治疗前水平,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,但只有治疗组患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度、面积与治疗前比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论辛伐他汀具有很好的降血脂作用,其治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效显著,长期服用可以获得良好的消除斑块效果。
