术中应用驱血带和止血带治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的体会

目的探讨驱血带和止血带在下肢浅静脉曲张手术中的应用价值。方法将／20例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为驱血组60例（82条肢体）和常规组60例（76条肢体），驱血组术中应用驱血带和止血带，常规组则不用。记录两组的手术时间、术中失血量、术后皮下血肿的发生情况、肢体肿胀情况、肢体的活动及皮肤感觉情况。结果驱血组手术时间（39±11）min较常规纽（58±16）min明显缩短（P=0．033〈0．05），失血量（52±17）ml较常规组（213±35）ml明显减少（P=0．028〈0．05），两组术后皮下血肿发生情况、肢体肿胀情况、肢体活动和皮肤感觉障碍情况差异无统计学意义（P=0．187〉0．05）。结论驱血带和止血带在下肢浅静脉曲张手术中显著地缩短了手术时间，减少了术中失血，创伤小，复发率低，并发症较少，且操作简便，经济实用，有较高的应用价值，值得推广。
