强化教育在糖尿病患者足疗中的效果评价

目的通过对糖尿病足患者进行中药足浴，提供合理的足部护理预防措施，强化糖尿病患者足部护理教育，帮助患者建立良好的日常足部护理行为，提高患者的自我管理能力，防治糖尿病足的发生和发展。方法对入选的65位2型糖尿病并确诊糖尿病足的患者，实施中药足浴结合强化足部护理教育，教育前后用CSSD70和自行设计的试卷进行效果评价。结果教育后患者的感知性健康状况明显好转，糖尿痛足防治知识知晓率明显提高。通过饮食、运动、降糖药物和中药足浴等综合治疗，患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖和足部MNSI评分均明显改善。结论强化教育提高了糖尿病患者综合控制状况，提高了社区糖尿病患者健康的足部日常护理习惯，让患者自觉行为习惯，达到预防糖尿病足的目的，从而降低截肢率，提高糖尿病患者的生存质量，同时也促进了健康教育模式的发展。

Curative Effects of Intensive Education on Pedicure in People with Diabetic foot

Objective To investigate the effects of pediluvium with Chinese drug, advisable foot care and intensive education of diabetic foot;and help the patients to establish a good daily foot care behavior, increases their self-management ability, and prevent and cure diabetes foot effectively. Methods The pediluvium with Chinese drug, advisable foot care and intensive education of diabetic foot were carried out, and the results were surveyed by CSSD70 and own design questionnaires. Results After the intensive education, the health condition of patients were improved, their correct answer rate of the knowledge about diabetic foot were increased. The comprehensive treatment with diet control, exercise, hypoglycemic agent administration and pediluvium with Chinese drug improved obviously the fasting blood sugar,postprandial blood sugar and Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument （MNSI） foot score. Conclusion To strengthening the education of diabetic foot can improve the comprehensive control diabetic of diabetic patients and the habit training of daily foot care, and prevent the diabetes foot, reduce amputation rate, and improve the life quality of patients.
