面向郊区医院的护理“专升本”课程设置调查分析

摘    要:目的构建科学合理、符合郊区人才使用规格的护理专业“专升本”课程设置。方法以北京郊区6个区县2003年应届成人护理大专毕业生210名及毕业生所在医院的护理部主任.科护士长、护士长107名为调查对象.就面向郊区的护理“专升本”毕业生应具备的能力、拟开设课程的选择排序、与大专阶段课程设置的区别、毕业实习等问题进行调查。结果所调查的学生和护理管理认为护理本科生应具备临床教学能力.护理管理能力、科研能力、健康教育能力以及运用中医知识护理病人的能力:课程选择:医学基础课以解剖学.生理学排序优先;护理专业课以急救护理学、心理护理学及内、外、妇、儿科护理学排序优先:课程设置避免与大专课程重复,80%以上的学生认为应加大外语.计算机课程的力度,增加护理科研、人科学、信息资源利用的课程:实习以不脱产实习为好.结论面向郊区医院的护理本科生人才要求以实用为主,需要宽而深的理论知识,熟练的基础护理、专科护理技术。在构建郊区成人护理本科教育课程体系时,应以实用为准,把握好整体与局部的关系。此外,应重视职业素质、实践能力的培养。

Abstract:Objective To construct a scientific "undergraduate candidate's cours es after the three-year preparatory training" nursing curriculum suitable for cu ltivating nursing talents for suburban hospitals. Methods Our survey involved i n 210 graduates of Grade 2003 after three-year preparatory nursing courses from the 6 suburban districts or counties of Beijing as well as 107 directors of depa rtment of nursing administrations, head nurses general and head nurses from the graduate's hospitals. The contents included the abilities the graduates from "un dergraduate candidate's courses after the three-year preparatory training" shoul d possess, the sequence of planned courses, the differences from the three-year preparatory training, practice after graduation. Results All the subjects belie ved the nursing undergraduates should possess clinical teaching ability, nursing administration ability, scientific research ability, health education ability a nd ability in caring patients with the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine . In selection of courses, anatomy and physiology should take lead. In major cou rses, emergency nursing, psychological nursing and surgical and internal medical nursing should take lead. In curriculum, the same courses as they took in the t hree-year preparatory training should be avoided. 80% of them argued English, an d computer science as courses should be enhanced and another courses like nursin g research, the humanistic science and utility of information resources. As for clinical practice, the best way was that the students had better undergo their p ractice in their own hospitals. Conclusion The nursing talents of undergraduate s trained for the suburban hospitals should be practical. They should master wid e and deep theoretical knowledge as well as the techniques in basic nursing and special nursing. Therefore, in the construction of "undergraduate candidate's c ourses after the three-year preparatory training" nursing curriculum for suburba n hospitals, we should aim at practice and make clear the relations between the integrity and the locality. Besides, we should attach importance to the cultivat ion of career quality and practicing ability.
