不育相关AsAb的免疫印迹分析

用精子膜抗原Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ分析法，对７８例生育、１９８例不孕、２２例流产者及４４例中晚期妊娠孕妇血清抗精子抗体（ａｎｔｉｓｐｅｒｍａｎｔｉｂｏｄｉｅｓ，ＡｓＡｂ）进行研究。结果发现，抗分子量８５０００、５１０００、３００００精子抗原的ＡｓＡｂ与不孕相关；抗分子量８５０００、７９０００、６９０００，５１０００精子抗原的ＡｓＡｂ与女性不孕相关；不孕女性ＡｓＡｂ种类（在Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ上的反应条带数）明显多于生育女性。抗分子量８５０００、７９０００、５８０００精子抗原的ＡｓＡｂ与女性ＲＳＡ相关。本研究未发现不孕组男性、流产组男性及中晚期妊娠孕妇各种分子量精子抗原的ＡｓＡｂ检出率与生育组同性别相比有显著不同。所发现的这些ＡｓＡｂ可能与不育有密切关系，需要进一步研究和证实。

Analysis of antisperm antibodies relevant to infertility by Western blot

AsAb(antisperm antibodies) in sera of fertile(n=78),infertile(n= 198),RSA(n =22) ,middle or late term pregnant(n=44) individuals were investigated on Western blot. By means of exact count of probability, AsAb in sera from infertile (most were females)binding to 85 000,79 000, 69 000.51 000, 30 000 MW antigens had a significantly higher incidence than those from fertile. Moreover,bonds(kinds of AsAb) of serum AsAb binding to sperm antigen on Western blot from infertile female were more than those from fertile female with Wilcoxon test(Mann Witney U) .Serum AsAb bound with the antigens of 85 000,79 000 and 58 000 MW were found more in female of RSA than fertile female. The incidence of serum AsAb of infertile male and middle or late term pregnant individuals binding to all kinds of antigens were not significantly different from that of fertile subjects. The antigens and antibodies found in this investigation should be further studied.
