调压降脂胶囊治疗高血压病临床研究

目的观察调压降脂胶囊治疗高血压病的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法采用分层随机设计的方法,将200例符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组(调压降脂胶囊治疗)和对照组(卡托普利治疗)各100例;两组疗程均为6周,治疗前后测定血压、血脂、血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO),并观察治疗后症状改善情况。结果治疗组治疗后血压下降,ET水平降低,NO水平升高,与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.01);症状和血脂改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论调压降脂胶囊有较好的降压和改善临床症状的作用,其机理可能与降低血脂、改善血管内皮功能有关。

Clinical Study on "Tiaoya Jiangzhi Capsule" in Treating Essential Hypertension

To study the effect and mechanism of "Tiaoya Jiangzhi Capsule" in treating essential hypertension,200 cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by "Tiaoya Jiangzhi Capsule" and control group was treated by Captoprilum,with a course of six weeks. The blood pressure,blood lipid,nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results The blood pressure were decreased in both groups,and there was no significant difference between them(P > 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving general symptoms(P < 0.01). ET was decreased and NO was increased significantly in both groups; the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving blood lipid and symptoms(P < 0.01). It is showed that "Tiaoya Jiangzhi Capsule" is effective in decreasing blood pressure and improving the clinical symptom by decreasing blood lipid and improving vascular endothelium.
