农村289名高血压患者社区干预效果评价

目的通过对北京市怀柔区农村高血压患者的综合干预效果观察,探讨农村高血压的防治模式。方法 2007年6月—2009年6月在北京市怀柔区选取289名高血压患者,由社区卫生服务中心的防保医师和全科医生对其进行为期一年的综合干预,评价干预效果。结果参加社区干预的高血压患者289例,男性107例,女性182例,平均年龄(58.11±12.01)岁。在高血压诊断标准、危险因素、高血压不能根治等知识知晓率方面,干预前后差异均有统计学意义。在戒烟、限盐、适量运动、控制体重等健康行为采纳率方面,干预前后差异均有统计学意义,在治疗率方面,干预前后差异无统计学意义。结论对于农村高血压患者,通过健康教育、分层管理等综合干预模式,对于提高患者高血压知识知晓率、健康行为采纳率具有重要意义,同时应提高患者的治疗率,改善控制情况。

Effect Evaluation of Community Intervention among 289 Rural Patients with Hypertension

Objective]To observe the effect of comprehensive intervention among rural patients with hypertension in Huairou district of Beijing,so as to explore the hypertension control pattern in rural area.Methods]289 patients with hypertension were selected in Huairou district of Beijing from June 2007 to June 2009,the comprehensive intervention was conducted for one year by health doctors and general practitioners of community health service centers,and the effect of intervention was evaluated.Results]289 patients with hypertension received the community intervention,which included 107 male patients and 182 female patients,and the average age was 58.11 ± 12.01 years old.There were significant differences in the diagnostic criteria of hypertension,risk factors and awareness rate of hypertension cannot be cured completely between before and after intervention.There were significant differences in adoption rates of health behaviors which included smoking cessation,salt restriction,proper exercise and weight control between before and after intervention.The difference in treatment rate between before and after intervention was not significant.Conclusion] The comprehensive intervention which included health education and hierarchical management has important significance to increase the awareness rate of knowledge about hypertension and adoption rates of health behaviors among rural patients with hypertension.Meanwhile,the treatment rate of patients should be enhanced to improve the control.
