| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨母婴同室新生儿床旁护理在母婴同室中的应用效果.方法 将200例正常分娩的产妇随机分为实验组和对照组各100例,实验组采取新生儿床旁护理模式,对照组采取传统护理模式.比较两组产妇及其丈夫对护士服务的满意度、产妇对其丈夫的满意度及产妇丈夫对新生儿护理知识和技能掌握水平.结果 实验组产妇及其丈夫对护士服务满意度、产妇对其丈夫满意度明显高于对照组(均P＜ 0.001)；实验组产妇丈夫对新生儿护理知识和技能掌握水平明显优于对照组(均P＜0.01).结论 新生儿床旁护理模式适应现代护理模式的转变,能提高产妇满意度及产妇丈夫对新生儿护理知识和技能掌握水平.
