| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用循证护理在降低机械通气患者呼吸机依赖中的作用.方法 选择在本科室住院的64例机械通气患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各32例.两组患者均采用传统护理方法进行护理,实验组在此基础上引进循证护理理念进行护理.比较两组患者机械通气时间的差异.结果 实验组患者机械通气时间(33.12±10.21)d,较对照组(87.21±12.77)d短,两组比较,t=-4.83,P＜ 0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 运用循证护理方法对机械通气患者实施护理,可以调整患者异常的心理和生理状态,从而缩短患者机械通气时间,降低机械通气患者对呼吸机的依赖.
