| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨预见性护理在皮瓣移植术后患者中的应用效果,以提高皮瓣的成活率.方法 对198例皮瓣移植术后患者,实施预见性护理,内容包括环境、体位、皮瓣局部温度、疼痛、心理、饮食、及时观察皮瓣血运情况等.结果 198例皮瓣移植术后患者皮瓣移植全部成活率为99.5％；没有1例患者发生护理并发症.结论 预见性护理可有效地提高皮瓣...
