摘    要:分析多层螺旋CT(MDCT)扫描所致辐射剂量的主要影响因素。管电流、曝光时间、管电压、螺距因子及X线限束宽度等对辐射剂量均有影响。MDCT所致受检者辐射剂量大小与设备的性能、扫描参数和医技人员的使用操作因素等有关,同时,不同的受检者其表现也不一致,因素众多,应综合考虑多种因素。

Abstract:To analyze the major influencing factors of the radiation dose caused by multislice spiral CT scan(MDCT). The tube current, exposure time, the tube voltage, pitch factor and X-ray beam limiting width had influence on the radiation dose. The radiation dose of patients caused by MDCT included the MDCT size and equipment performance, the scanning parameters, and the use of medical technicians and other relevant operational factors, while the different subjects of their performance was inconsistent, many factors should be taken into account for treatment.
