摘    要:目的 观察硒、钼、硼对氟中毒大鼠成釉细胞形态及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),C-myc 基因表达变化的影,气方法大鼠分组均喂以含F-45 mg/L的蒸馏水及含不同浓度硒、钼、硼的饲料,建立微量元素拮抗氟中毒的大鼠模型.采用HE染色及免疫组化的方法观察氟对成釉细胞的影响,采用图像分析技术时免疫组化结果进行量化分析.结果 实...

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of selenium,molybdenum,and boron on ameloblast morphology and the expression of PCNA,c-myc in fluorosis rat. Methods Each groups were drinking fluoride(F ˉ)45 mg / L of distilled water and fed with containing different concentrations of selenium,molybdenum,boron except control group.Observed the changes of ameloblasts morphological by light microscopy,detected the expression of PCNA and c-myc in ameloblast by immunohistochemistry.The semiquantitatively analyze of PCNA,c-myc were done by image analysis software. ResultsThere are more normal morphology of ameloblasts in experimental groups,and PCNA expression increased,c-myc expression decreased. Conclusion The mechanism of Selenium,molybdenum,and boron reducing fluoride toxicity may relate to the fluoride antagonistic effects that enhancement of c-myc expression and inhibition of PCNA expression.
