| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的低张气钡双重造影和螺旋CT影像特点.方法 回顾性分析25例经病理和手术证实的胃肠道间质瘤的影像资料.结果 胃肠道低张气钡双重造影表现为腔内充盈缺损,龛影,局部黏膜展平消失,瘤周黏膜推移,小肠肠腔狭窄和胃肠道受压移位.CT表现为腔内或腔外肿块,肿块内可见液化、坏死、囊变,病变区中度...
