急性有机磷农药中毒患者血浆脂质过氧化产物水平及PON1活性研究

摘    要:目的研究急性有机磷农药中毒患者血浆中脂质过氧化产物(ox-LDL和LPO)水平及PON1活性的变化。方法测定34例急性有机磷农药中毒患者(病例组)与33例健康体检者(对照组)血浆中ox-LDL、LPO水平与PON1活性,并进行对比分析及相关性研究。结果急性有机磷农药中毒患者血浆中ox-LDL(701.3±298.2)μg/L]与LPO(14.20±5.36)nmol/ml]水平均较对照组ox-LDL(458.3±171.2)μg/L,LPO(8.33±3.76nmol/ml)]显著增高(P〈0.05),而急性有机磷农药中毒患者血浆PON1活性(79.6±28.4)U/ml]则显著低于对照组(135.1±57.5)U/ml],两组间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。相关性分析发现,急性有机磷农药中毒患者血浆PON1活性与ox-LDL和LPO呈负相关性(r=-0.368,P〈0.05;r=-0.597,P〈0.01)。结论急性有机磷农药中毒患者体内ox-LDL及LPO浓度显著升高,而PON1活性显著下降,提示患者体内氧化/抗氧化体系失衡,易于发生脂质过氧化损伤,可能加速病程的进展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the plasma levels of lipid peroxidation (oxidized low density lipoprotein,ox-LDL and Lipid peroxides,LPO) and PON1 activities in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP).Methods Plasma levels of ox-LDL,LPO and PON1 activities were measured and compared in 34 patients with AOPP (the study group) and 33 healthy individuals (the control group).Correlation analysis on the indexes was also performed.Results In the study group,the plasma levels of ox-LDL (701.3±298.2) μg/L vs (458.3±171.2) μg/L],and LPO (14.20±5.36) nmol/ml vs (8.33±3.76) nmol/ml] were significantly increased compared with that in the control group.The PON1 activities was significantly decreased (79.6±28.4) U/ml vs (135.1±57.5) U/ml] (P<0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that PON1 activities were negatively related with ox-LDL (r=-0.368,P<0.05) and LPO (r=-0.597,P<0.01).Conclusion The increased levels of ox-LDL and LPO along with decreased PON1 activities indicated that the oxidant/anti-oxidant system were unbalance in patients with AOPP.The oxidative stress may accelerate the pathogenesis of the disease.
