| 摘 要： | 目的 培养、鉴定大鼠脾源性内皮祖细胞.方法 机械损伤大鼠脾脏,用密度梯度离心法收集单个核细胞层,富含胎牛血清EMDM培养液培养,观察细胞形态,将培养第7天内皮祖细胞与DiI标记的乙酰化低密度脂蛋白37℃孵育4h,以检测内皮祖细胞对Dil-乙酰化低密度脂蛋白的摄取,再用20 g/I,多聚甲醛固定细胞10 min,固定后用...
