| 摘 要： | 目的研究文拉法辛联合认知行为疗法治疗帕金森抑郁的疗效。方法将70例帕金森抑郁患者随机分为研究组（采用文拉法辛联合认知行为疗法治疗）和对照组（单用文拉法辛治疗），各35例，于治疗前及治疗后第4、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD，17项）评定抑郁程度。结果两组治疗4、8用后HAMD评分均低于治疗前（P〈0．05），第4、8周末，研究组的HAMD均低于同期对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论文拉法辛联合认知行为疗法治疗帕金森抑郁疗效确切，比单用文拉法辛治疗效果更好。
