| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔内区域性温热化疗联合力尔凡治疗胃肠道肿瘤的治疗效果.方法 116例胃肠道肿瘤切除术后病人随机分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(54例),两组均行术中序贯腹腔温热灌洗联合术后静脉微泵化疗3次和超选择置泵持续动脉区域性灌注化疗3次,治疗组在化疗当天开始辅助力尔凡治疗；比较两组患者腹腔游离癌细胞的检测阳性率、腹腔转...
