| 摘 要： | 目的分析生物型人工全髋关节置换治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的早、中期疗效。方法自2003年6月～2010年6月采用生物型假体治疗12例24髋强直性脊柱炎患者。临床评估以Harris评分为标准,影像评估根据置换后随访双髋关节正、侧位X射线片,观察臼杯、股骨假体位置及周围骨质改变,并测量臼杯内衬磨损速度与趋势。结果 12例均获随访,随访1～5年（平均3年6个月）,Harris评分由术前（40.3±3.3）分恢复到术后（94.5±3.8）分。假体均位于解剖位置,尚未见术后感染及松动发生,患者双下肢长度差术前为1～5cm,术后为0～1cm,11例22髋疼痛完全消失,1例2髋有轻度疼痛伴有轻度跛行,但能够生活自理且恢复正常工作,其余患者均步态正常。结论生物型假体用于治疗强直性脊柱炎晚期患者,能够提供理想固定的效果,临床疗效满意。
