项目风险管理策略在手术室节假日工作质量控制中的应用

目的运用项目风险管理方法，加强手术室节假日工作质量的控制，提高管理工作效率，保障手术安全运行。方法评估手术室节假日工作中风险产生的原因和相关因素，以保障手术安全为运作目标，按照风险管理实施的5个阶段对工作进行质量控制。结果2010—2012年平诊与急诊手术逐年增长的情况下，护理不良事件逐年下降，2010—2012年患者、医生和护士对手术室工作质量满意度最高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论将项目风险管理策略引入手术室节假日工作质量控制的管理，满足了手术需求，提高了患者和医务人员的满意率，减少了护理不良事件的发生，保证了工作质量。

Application of project risk management strategy in holiday work quality control for operationroom

Objective To strengthen the holiday work quality control of the operation room in order to improve the efficiency of management and ensure the ＂operation running safely by application of project risk management theory. Methods The causes and relat- ed factors of risks in the operation room during holiday work were assessed. The 5 stages of risk management implementation were car- ried on to control the quality of the work in order to ensure the safety of surgery for the operational objectives. Results The diagnosis and emergency operation were increasing year by year from 2010 to 2012. The nursing adverse events were also decreased year by year. The satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses for operation room work quality has been improved in 2012. Conclusion Introduction of the project risk management strategies into the management of holiday work quality control in operation room improves the efficiency and ensures the quality of work.
