动静脉泵在跟骨关节内骨折围手术期的应用

摘    要:目的探讨动静脉泵在跟骨关节内骨折围手术期应用的临床意义。方法32例单侧跟骨关节内骨折,随机平均分为2组:实验组行切开复位内固定辅以动静脉泵治疗;对照组仅行切开复位内固定治疗。结果实验组应用动静脉泵治疗后,足踝部水肿明显减轻,入院至手术平均时间为3.5d,手术至出院为16.5d;无1例发生切口感染。对照组入院至手术平均时间为6.5d,手术至出院为19.5d;1例发生切口感染。结论动静脉泵能有效地减轻肢体肿胀、缩短住院时间及降低切口感染率。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical result of A-V impulse pump application in the treatment of intra- articular calcaneal fracture. Methods Thirty two patients with intra- articular calcaneal fracture were divide into two groups randomly. The experimental group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation by A-V impulse pump. The control group was only treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Results The swelling of foot and ankle in the experimental group was relieved obviously. The average time from admission to surgery was 3.5 days, and the average time from surgery to discharge was 16.5 days. No incision infection happened.The average time of control group were 6.5 days and 19.5 days, respectively. One incision was infected. Conclusion The application of A-V impulse pumps rapidly relieve the swelling of foot and reduce the incision infection rate in the treatment of intra articular calcancus fractures, which may play a role in decreasing hospital stay.
