| 摘 要： | 目的 总体评价我科2例异体手移植手功能恢复情况,寻求更好的重建方法。方法 手术后11个月采用Carroll法,对2例移植手的33个动作进行评价,设定优势手总分为99分。结果 2例移植异体手均获满意的功能,邓某72分、兰某64分。结论 2例异体手在移植后的11个月时能够满足患者生活中的基本需要。Carroll’s方法是一种评价上肢总体功能的简单有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a better way of reconstructing allohand the functions of two allohands were assessed by Carroll's Test. Methods Total score of Carroll's lest is 99 in dominaried hand. Each allohand was tested by 33 actions after 11 months of postoperation. Results There are satisfactary function in two allohand. The score of case Deng was 72. The score of case Lan was 64. Conclusion Two allohands possessed excellent function. Carroll's test is simple and effective method of testing quantiatively upper extremity function. |
