乌海市流动儿童计划免疫状况及影响因素

目的:为了加强流动儿童的计划免疫管理,于2003年12月~2004年5月乌海市开展了流动儿童计划免疫状况调查。方法:按照不同地理位置及聚集特点将流动人口聚居地分为4类,在调查点内采取挨门逐户调查流动儿童的免疫接种情况。结果:乌海市流动儿童“四苗”接种率<75%,“四苗”全程覆盖率为63.68%,大型农贸市场、建筑工地等流动儿童“四苗”全程免疫覆盖率(55.8%)接近于其他类型地区,流动商贩子女的“四苗”全程覆盖率(53.3%)低于其他职业。结论:说明流动性大是造成该人群免疫接种率低的主要原因,流动儿童家长对计划免疫工作的不理解及针对流动儿童的计划免疫服务存在漏洞,也是计划免疫工作中存在的主要问题,提示流动儿童的计划免疫接种已经成为制约我市计划免疫工作深入开展的关键,今后要进一步加强计划免疫的宣传力度,改进计划免疫服务方式,加强流动人口的计划免疫管理。

Investigation on Immunnization Status of The Floating Population and Its Affecting Factors in Wuhai City

Objective:In order to strengthen the management on the pian to immune the floating people in wuhai city,an investigation on immunization coverage rate of floating population in Wuhai City was conducted from December,2003 to May,2004.Means of Investigation.Methods:We surveyed the immunization status of the floating people from dorr to door by dividing them in four groups acconding to geographical distribution and inhabit characters of floating population in the whole city.Results:The result showed that the rate of the immunization of the four vaccine was lower than 75%,and that the whole course vaccination was 63.68%.In the bi open markets and building sites etc.the rate of the immunization of four vaccing was 55.8%,which was close to that of other areas.And the rate of the immunization coverage rate of the floating peddlers was 53.3% which was lower than that of other jobs.Conclusion:The conclusion was that the floating inhabitation is the main reason that affects the immunization coverage rate of floating population.The problems existing in the EPI work for floating population at present are that the parents of the floating children are lack of understanding about vaccination and the shortcmings exist in EPI service.Theses are the main problems which restricted the development of the EPI in our city.All these suggest that the immuniztion of the floating people is the key proble in the EPI work.So from now on we have to spread the propaganda among the masses,improve the EPI work and strength the management on the plan to immune the floating people in Wuhai City.
