| 摘 要： | 目的：分析肺转移瘤的胸部X线、CT影像学特征,以加深对肺转移瘤的认识。材料与方法：回顾性分析76例经临床及病理证实的肺转移瘤病例并结合文献深入分析其影像学表现。结果：本组76例病例中52例为血行转移型表现,18例为淋巴转移型表现,6例为其它较少见型的肺转移瘤表现,其中以血行转移型较多见。结论：肺转移瘤的影像学表现多样而复杂,X线平片辅以CT检查可对大多数肺转移瘤作出正确的诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose：To deppen the knowledge of metastatic cacinoma of the lung,imaging characters of X-ray and CT were analyised.Materials and Methods：Retrospective analysis X-ray and CT findings of clinical and pathologically proved metastatic cacinoma of the lung in 76 cases were restrospective analyized by reviewing medical literature.Results：Among 76 cases,52 cases were finded for blood metastasis,18 cases for lymphatic metastasis,and 6 casea for a rare metastasis in comon.Above all,the comon reason of？ metastatic cacinoma of the lung was blood metastasis.Conclusion：Though imaging of metastatic cacinoma of the lung was？ different implicate,correct diagnosis of it can be made by X-ray and CT. |
