摘    要:用野生马齿苋饲高脂膳食家兔作为实验性高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化(AS)的预防实验。通过血脂、血粘度及透射电镜下主动脉内膜超微结构的变化,探讨其作用机理。结果表明:1.野生马齿苋明显降低血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。2.野生马齿苋可降低全血低切表观粘度,可明显降低血浆中切表观粘度,对全血中切表观粘度也有降低趋势。3.电镜观察显示野生马齿苋能有效地减轻主动脉壁脂质沉积,并有抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的作用。

Abstract:The effects of wild purslane on serum lipids,blood viscosity and atherosclerosis were investigated in rabbits.Each animal was given eight gram wild purslane/day for 11 weeks.The results showed:1.Purslane could markedly decrease serum TC、TG and LDL C concentration,but obviously increase HDL C concentration. There were significant differences compared to the positive control group.2.Purslane could effectively lower plasma middle shearing viscosity and whole blood low shearing viscosity,it also showed a tendency to lower the levels of whole blood middle shearing viscosity,but it did not reach a statistical significance.3.It was proved under the observation of electron microscope that purslane could lower lipids deposition of aorta intima and inhibit the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.
