高温下血清氨基酸与免疫、抗氧化酶的关系

摘    要:高温下血清氨基酸的变化与免疫功能、抗氧化酶之间的关系的实验显示,热应激时,血清除精氨酸下降外,其余15种氨基酸都有不同程度升高;外周血T淋巴细胞数和巨细胞吞噬功能明显下降;SOD和GSH-Px明显升高。但热习服后,血清氨基酸除谷氨酰胺显著高于对照和酪氨酸明显低于对照外,其余氨基酸接近对照水平;而上述两项免疫指标功能增强;抗氧化酶含量则恢复到接近对照水平。血清氨基酸与免疫、抗氧化酶的关系经逐步回归分析结果显示:1.与外周血T淋巴细胞数有明显相关的氨基酸依作用大小分别为赖(Lys)、异亮(Ile)、精(Arg)、酪(Tyr)、丝(Ser)和组(His)氨酸,其中Arg、Ser是正相关。2.与腹腔巨细胞吞噬功能有相关的是缬(Val)、色(Trp)、Ile、Lys、Ser、Tyr、苯丙(Phe)和Arg,其中Ile、SerPhe和Arg为正相关。3.与SOD含量相关的有Val、亮(Leu)、Lys、Trp、谷氨酰胺(Gln)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、丙氨酸(Ala)和Arg,其中Val、Lys、Gln为正相关。4.与GSH-Px含量相关的有Val、Leu、Gln、Lys、Tyr和Ser,其中正相关的有Val、Gln和L?

THE RELATION OF LEVELS OF SERUM AMINO ACIDS AND IMMUNE FUNCTION AND THE ANTIOXIDASE ACTIVITY UNDER HIGH TEMPERATURE
Abstract:The relation of serum amino acids changes and the immune function and antioxidase activity under high temperature was observed.The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that:1.The periphery blood T cell content was significantly related to serum lysine (Lys),isoleucine (Ile),arginine (Arg),tyrosine (Tyr),serine(Ser) and histidine (His),among which Arg and Ser were positively related. 2.The function of Mφ was significantly related to serum valine (Val),tryptophan (Trp),Ile,Lys,Ser,Tyr,phenylalanine (Phe) and Arg,among which Ile,Ser,Phe and Arg were positively related.3.The RBC SOD activity was significantly related to serum Val,leucine (Leu),Lys,Trp,glutamine (Gln),aspartic acid(Asp),alanine (Ala) and Arg,among which Val,Lys and Gln was positivily related.4.RBC GSH Px activity was significantly related to serum Val,Leu,Gln,Lys,Tyr and Ser, among which,Val,Gln and Lys were positively related.
