硒、维生素E对血脂及脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组;高脂(HFD)对照组;HFD+Se(0.5mg/kg)组;HFD+VE(0.6g/kg)组;HFD+Se(0.5mg/kg)+VE(0.6g/kg)组。观察12周。结果表明:HFD+Se组、HFD+VE组及HFD+Se+VE组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平皆明显低于HFD组,而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显高于HFD组;HFD+Se组、HFD+VE组及HFD+Se+VE组三组血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平皆明显低于HFD组,而血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力明显高于HFD组;补Se组(HFD+Se组及HFD+Se+VE组)血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力明显高于HFD组,而HFD+VE组血浆GSH-Px活力与HFD组无显著性差异;肝脏病理检查结果,HFD+Se组、HFD+VE组及HFD+Se+VE组肝脏脂变明显轻于HFD组;其中HFD+Se+VE组效果最显著。结果提示,Se和/或VE有调节血脂代谢、阻止脂肪肝形成及提高机体抗氧化能力的作用,对高脂血症有一定的预防作用。

Abstract:The effects of selenium (Se)and/or vitamin E (VE) supplements in the standard high fat diet (HFD) on serum lipids and lipoperoxides were investigated in rats during a period of 12 weeks. Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: Control group, High fat Diet (HFD) group, HFD Se (0.5mg/kg), HFD VE(0.6g/kg) and HFD Se(0.5mg/kg) VE(0.6g/kg) respectively. The results showed that serum concentrations of TC,TG and LDL C were lower significantly and HDL C was higher in rats fed with Se and/or VE in comparison with those in HFD group respectively. Levels of serum LPO in groups of HFD Se, HFD VE and HFD Se VE were much lower than that in HFD group. Meanwhile, the activity of SOD in groups of HFD Se, HFD VE and HFD Se VE was markedly higher than that in HFD group. The activity of plasma GSH Px in groups supplemented with Se was much higher. Moreover, hepatic histopathological examination also indicated Se and/or VE had lipotropic effects in ameliorating the development of fatty liver induced by HFD. All the above results showed that the combined effect of Se VE was better than that of Se or VE respectively. It revealed that Se and/or VE could modulate liver and serum lipids metabolism, and were beneficial in attenuating the ill effect of hyperlipidemia such as fatty liver, elevations of TC, TG, LDL C and LPO etc..
