灯盏花素对肝缺血再灌注损伤生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的:研究灯盏花素对肝缺血再灌注损伤生化指标的影响。方法:健康家兔32只,复制肝缺血再灌注损伤模型。随机分为假手术组,模型组,灯盏花素(Bre)小剂量用药组和灯盏花素大剂量用药组,每组8只。观察缺血前,缺血45min、再灌注30和60min时血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及灯盏花素对不同时限上述指标的影响。结果:灯盏花用药组的SOD、MDA、GSH—PX和ALT在再灌注的各时限与对照组比较均有显著或非常显著差异(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:灯盏花素能通过抑制氧自由基的生成,增强氧自由基的清除,对肝缺血再灌注损伤起着良好的抗脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explor the role of breviscapine (Bre) on dynamic changes of lipid peroxidation in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI).Methods:The HIRI model was used.Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into control group((n=8)),model group(n=8),Bre(5mg) group(n=8) and Bre(7mg) group(n=8).The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,glutathione peroxidase(GSHPX) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) activity in serum were observed before ischemia and at ischemia 45 min,reperfusion 30min,reperfusion 60 min.Results:The SOD activity,GSH-PX activity MDA,content and ALT activity of Bre group,as compared with model group,showed significant differences((P<0.05) or P<0.01) at total time points of reperfusion.Conclusion:Bre has notable anti-lipid peroxidation effect on HIRI,which is due to its inhibiting the generation of oxygen free radicals and its strengthening scavenging of oxygen free radicals.
