| 摘 要： | 以中药清热化湿，补肾活血化瘀汤剂加抗生素为主的西药尿道灌注法，治疗80例慢性前列腺炎，与口服氧氟沙星西药组60例对照观察，疗程1个月，结果治疗组总有效率81．25％，对照组58．00％，前列腺液检测WBC消失或减少，治疗组有效率76．25％，对照组56．66％，临床症状改善治疗组好于对照组。

| Abstract: | 80 cases(treatment group)of chronic prostatitis were treated by urethral perfusion of Chinese medicine and antibiotics and another 60 cases(control group)were treated by antibiotics as control.They were treated for one month.Results showed that the total effective rate was 81 25% in treatment group and 58 00% in control group;examination of prostatic secretion showed less or no WBC;the effective rate was 76 25% in treatment group and 56 66% in control group;the clinical symptoms were improved better in treatment group than in control group. |
