实验性甲状腺机能变化对血清铜、锌、镁及其相关酶活性的影响

摘    要:报告血清铜、锌、镁及其相关酶活性在实验性甲亢和甲减时的变化。观察了甲亢对体重、心重的影响。结果表明:甲亢时血清铜、锌及铜/锌比值较对照组明显升高(P<0.001),镁含量明显降低(P<0.002),血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)氧化酶、血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)和硷性磷酸酶(ALP)活性明显升高(P<0.001)。锌与ACE 及ALP 活性呈显著正相关。铜与CP 氧化酶亦呈显著正相关。

Abstract:Serum copper,zinc and magnesium levels and thr(?) enzymatic activi-ties were examined in experimental hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.The results show that concentration of serum copper,zinc and the ratioof copper to zinc in hyperthyroidism were significantly higher than ofcontrols(P<0.001),but the content of serum magnesium in the subjectwas lower,In rabbits with hyperthyrodism,there were markedly incr(?)a-sing activities of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE),alkaline phospha-tase(ALP),and ceruloplasmin oxydase(CCP),the first two of whichcorrelated positively with serum zinc level and the last one correlatedpositively with serum copper level.
