人子宫内膜上皮钙粘素的表达及意义

目的 :探讨上皮钙粘素 (E -cadherin)在人正常子宫内膜组织中的表达和变化规律的意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 35例人正常月经周期子宫内膜E -cadherin的表达水平。结果 :各期子宫内膜腺上皮均见E-cadherin的表达 ,增生期E -cadherin仅有弱表达 ,分泌期表达显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在分泌中期表达最强 ,进入分泌晚期表达减弱。在分泌中期 ,也观察到间质细胞的中度表达 ,分泌晚期仅有弱表达。结论 :E -cadherin在人正常子宫内膜腺上皮和间质细胞规律性的表达 ,可能有利于胚胎着床。

Expression and its significance of E-Cadherin in Human Endometrium

Objective To examine the expression and chang of E-cadherin in human normal endometrial tissue, and explore its regularity. Methods The level of expression of E-cadherin in normal menstrual cycle of 35 patients was measured by immunohistochemical method(SP technique). Results The expression of E-cadherin in glandular epithelium was evaluated in every phase of the cycle. The weak expression was seen during proliferative phase, and significantly higher on secretory phase than that in proliferative phase( P <0.05); there was the highest expression in mid-secretory phase, lower expression in late secretory phase. While in mid-secretory phase.,the middle expression of E-cadherin was also evaluated in stromal cells ,and they were only the weaker in late secretory phase. Conclusion The regular expression of E-cadherin in glandular epithelium and stromal cells perhaps benefits the implantation.
