间隔流动注射分析仪测定鱼中挥发酚的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨用间隔流动注射分析仪测定鱼中挥发酚的方法及不同鱼体中的污染情况研究。方法鱼体经氢氧化钠溶液浸泡过夜后蒸馏,收集馏出液过滤后稀释,经间隔流动注射分析仪测定。结果挥发酚的质量浓度在100μg/L以内与吸光度之间保持线性关系,最低检出限为1.0μg/L,校正曲线为Y=2.59×10^3X-0.057,r=0.9992,工作曲线线性关系良好,样品回收率在82.0%-105.5%之间。结论该方法稳定准确,灵敏度高,经测定,海水鱼中挥发酚平均质量浓度显著高于淡水鱼,其中25.7%超标,主要集中在银鲳鱼和沙尖鱼,淡水鱼无一例超标。

Abstract:[ Objective] To explore methods of measuring volatile phenol in fish by interval flow injection analyzer and researches of pollution in various fish. [ Methods ] After soaking in sodium hydroxide solution overnight, the fish was distilled. The distillate were diluted after collecting and filtering, and then determined by interval flow injection analyzer. [ Results] Mass concentration of volatile phenol kept linear relationship with the absorbanee within 100 μg,/L. Method detect limit was 1.0 μg/L, and the correction curve is Y = 2. 59 × 10^3 X - 0. 057, r = 0. 9992, with good linear relationship, the range of recovery was 82.0% - 105.5 %. [ Conclusion ] The method is aecurate, stable and sensitive. The average mass concentration of volatile phenol in marine fish is significantly higher than that in freshwater fish, and among the marine fish 25.7% is over standard, mainly in silver pomfret and Tsim Sha fish. No over-standard case was found in freshwater fish.
