肾脏偶发癌40例分析

目的提高肾脏偶发癌的诊治水平。方法对40例肾脏偶发癌的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果B超检出40例均为健康人群查体发现并经CT和MRI进一步证实。行肾癌根治术30例,肿瘤剔除术10例。平均随访7年,根治术后死亡2例。肿瘤剔除术后死亡1例。结论偶发肾脏癌应视B超、CT、MRI综合分析作出诊断,术中应冰冻切片病理检查,偶发肾脏癌仍宜行肾癌根治术。

Incidental renal cell carcinoma (report of 40 cases)

Objective:To evaluate the prognosis and treatm ent of incidental renal cell carcinom a(RCC ).M ethods:Forty cases of incidental RCC were reviewed retrospectively.R esults:W hen healthy population physical exam ination with B ultrasongraphy were done,40cases of RCC were found.CT and M RI were further done 30cases perform ed radical nephrectom y,10cases with nephron sparing surgery.Followed up at average of 7years.2cases died after radical,1case died,after nephron spar- ing surgery.C onclusions:The diagnosis of incidental renal cell carciom a m ay be found by B ultrasongraphy. CT and M RI should be further done,during operation pathologial exam ination.We suggest that incidental renal cell carinom a should be the treatm ent of first choice.
