| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早泄患者的心理社会因素。方法采用症状自评量表和社会支持评定量表对120例男性早泄患者进行测试,并与100例健康人作对照。结果早泄患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。早泄患者的客观、主观支持及支持总分均低于健康对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论早泄患者心理健康状况较差、社会支持低,在进行躯体治疗时应实施心理干预。

A Study of the Psychological and Social Factors in Patients with Premature Ejaculation |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mental health and social support in patients with premature ejaculation.Methods Questionnaires were performed in 120 patients with premature ejaculation and 100 healthy volunteers using Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results Somatization,depression,anxiety,and phobic anxiety of the premature ejaculation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SSRS results of subjective and objective supports and total score of social supports of the premature ejaculation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The disordered mental conditions and lower social support in patients with premature ejaculation need psychosocial interventions in addition to medical care. |
