白花丹参和紫花丹参茎叶微量元素含量分析比较 △

摘    要:目的:分析比较白花丹参和紫花丹参茎叶微量元素含量。方法:用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法分别测定白花丹参和紫花丹参茎、叶两个部位17种微量矿质元素的含量,对两种丹参茎和叶中的微量矿质元素含量进行分析比较。结果:白花丹参叶中铁、锌、锡、铬、镉、硼、钡、锶、钒、镍和铅等11种元素含量高于紫花丹参,而镁、锂、锰、钴、铜、钛等6种元素含量低于紫花丹参;在白花丹参和紫花丹参的茎中,镍、锡、锂、铜、镉、钛等6种元素的含量几乎完全相同,铁、锌、锰、铬、钒等5种元素含量高于紫花丹参,铅、镁、钴、硼、钡、锶等6种元素含量略低于紫花丹参。结论:从微量元素角度分析,两种丹参都具有重要的药用价值,二者中部分微量元素含量存在一定差异。

Abstract:Objective: To determine and compare the trace elements in the stem and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li and Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. Methods: Trace elements in the stem and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li and Salvia miltiorrhiza bge were determined with inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer. The contents of trace elements were analyzed and compared. Results: Contents of Fe, Zn, Sn, Cr, Cd, B, Ba, Sr, V, Ni, Pb in the leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li were higher than those in the leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza ge, and contents of Mg, Li, Mn, Co, Cu, Ti in the leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li were lower than those of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. Contents of Ni, Sn, Li, Cu, Cd, Ti in the stem of the two kinds of danshen were the same. The contents of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cr, V in the stem of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li were higher than those in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge, and the stem of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li contained some lower contents of Pb, Mg, Co, B, Ba, Sr, comparing with those in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. Conclusion: The two kinds of danshen both have important pharmaceutical function, and the contents of partial trace elements in them were different.
