系统性红斑狼疮中西医临床分析

目的观察系统性红斑狼疮中西医临床分型的相互关系。方法通过实验室检查,归纳系统性红斑狼疮中医分型。结果心肾不交型多见红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低,尿蛋白增高,左房增大,心动过速;热毒炽盛型多见白细胞增多,血红蛋白、血小板降低,心动过速;阴虚火旺型多见红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低,尿蛋白增高,心动过速,心肌缺血;心脾两虚型多见红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低,尿蛋白增高,肝脾肿大,心动过缓,心率不齐;心火亢盛灼肺侮脾型多见白细胞增多,尿蛋白增高,血尿,心动过速,左房增大,心包积液,胸透胸片可见两肺纹理阴影增高;脾肾阳虚水寒射肺型多见红细胞、血红蛋白降低,白细胞增多,尿蛋白增高、红细胞 ,肝肿大,肺部感染;寒邪困脾伤肺型多见红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低,白细胞增多,尿蛋白增高、红细胞 ,肝脾肿大,腹水,少量胸腔积液。结论采用西医理论可以解释中医分型,并能高效治疗并发症。

Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine and West Medicine Clinical Classification of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To investigate the differentiation between traditional Chinese medicine and West medicine clinical classification of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods The classification of Chinese medicine was concluded through laboratory test.Results For most cardionephric disharmony type:the sum of RBC,WBC,HGB,PLT decreased,Urine protein increased,left chamber enlargement,tachycardia;for most of pyretic toxicity flourishing type:the sum of HGB,PLT decreased and WBC increased,urine protein increased,tachycardia;for most of Asthenic yin causing excessive pyrexia type:the sum of RBC,HGB,PLT decreased,urine protein increased,tachycardia myocardial ischemia;for most of cardiosplenic asthenia type:the sum of RBC,HGB,PLT decreased,urine protein increased,hepatosplenomegaly,brady-cardia,arrythmia;for most of hyperactivity of cardiac fire burn lung insult spleen type:the sum of WBC increase,urine protein increased and positive RBC,tachycardia,left atrium enlarge,hydropericardium,roentgenoscopy:lung markings grows thick;for most of asthenia splenonephro-yang hydrofigidity attacking lung type:the sum of RBC,HGB,decreased and WBC increased,urine protein increased and positive RBC,hepatomegaly,pulmonary infection;for most of cold pathogen besiege spleen leads harmful to lung type:the sum of RBC,HGB,PLT decreased,urine protein increased and WBC increased,urine protein increased and positive RBC,hepatosplenomegaly,ascites,less hydrothorax.Conclu sion Traditional Chinese medicine classification of systemic lupus erythematosus can be explained by using west medicine methods and can also treat complication effectively.
