196例腰椎间盘突出症的外科治疗

目的 :探讨外科治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验。方法 :从 1996年 12月～ 2 0 0 1年 4月 ,对 196例腰椎间盘突出症的患者进行了骶管封闭、侧隐窝封闭和硬膜外封闭的联合治疗 ,并对其中 48例患者进行了突出髓核摘除术。手术采用后路进入 ,“开窗”入椎管或双侧部分椎板切除。结果 :症状完全消失 13 3例 ,症状明显减轻 47例 ,症状无改善 16例 ,总有效率91.8%。结论 :根据患者腰椎间盘突出的具体情况而采用相应的治疗方法是非常切实可行的

Surgical treatment of 196 patients with lumbar disc herniation

Objective: It is to explore the experience of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: From Dec 1996 to Apr 2001, one hundred and ninety-six patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with sacral canal block, lateral recess block and epidural block. Forty-eight patients of them were also treated with removal of prominent pulpiform nucleus. The operative methods of posterior approach, fenestrate vertebral canal and bilateral partial vertebral lamina resection were used. Results: Symptoms disappeared completely in 133 cases, decreased apparently in 47 cases, and had no improve in 16 cases. The total effective rate was 91.8%. Conclusion: According to the situation of patients with lumbar disc herniation, it is effective to take the different treatment.
