| 摘 要： | 目的：研究增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞与正常皮肤成纤维细胞生长特性的差异。方法：应用消化法建立成纤维细胞系，在倒置相差显微镜下观察细胞形态，应用细胞计数方法绘制细胞生长曲线，测定细胞生长速度。结果：增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞比正常皮肤成纤维细胞胞体大，形态不规则。前者细胞倍增时间约为6d，后者细胞倍增时间为3d。细胞融合后前者细胞数为后者的56％。结论：增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞与正常皮肤成纤维细胞是两种不同基因表现型的细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the differences between the growth behavior of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HSF) versus normal skin fibroblasts (NSF).Methods:The fibroblasts were established with digesting method.The cell morphology was observed under optic microscope.The cell growth curves were drawn and the growth rates were determined.Results:The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts with more branches protruding from the cell bodies were bigger than the normal skin fibroblasts.The cell double multiplying time of the hypertrophic scar fibroblasts was 6 dyas,much longer than the normal skin fibroblasts.Whereas the ultimate cell number of the former was 56% of the later.Conclusion:The hypertrophic scar fibroblast is a different phenotype from the normal skin fibroblast. |
