| 摘 要： | 目的：对静脉滴注阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克的国内文献进行统计分析，提示临床注意监测其不良反应，避免药物引起严重后果。方法：利用中国期刊网数据库和PUBMED收集1994～2008年静滴阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克的文献，结合本院阿奇霉素不良反应发生的情况，分析其引起过敏性休克的规律和特点。结果：共检索到报道过敏性休克的文献79篇，个例报道51例。阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克发病年龄平均为38．6岁，4例患者死亡，死亡率为7．8％。结论：阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克与给药途径和给药速度密切相关，与患者原患疾病、性别、年龄、给药剂量无明显相关性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze and statis the anaphylactic shock cases induced by azithromycin intro venous injection which reported by literatures in China. To warn the physicists to detect its adverse drug reaction, and prevent the happening of serious incidents. METHODS： We searched the literatures which reported the cases of anaphylactic shock induced by azithromycin through CNKI and PUBMED database, and connected with the ADR in our hospital. Then we find out the rules and characteristic of anaphylactic shock induced by azithromycin. RESULTS： We have collected 20 articles which reported anaphylactic shock cases induced by azithromycin include 51 cases. The average age is 38.6, and 4 out of 51 caused death,the mortality rate is 7.8%. CONCLUSION： Anaphylactic shock cases induced by azithromycin is connected with the drug delivery way and delivery rate, and have little relativity with the essential disease, gender, age and dose. |
