摘    要:目的 建立栀子及其炮制品中熊果酸的测定法,考察栀子炮制前后熊果酸的含量变化。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)5μm(4.6mm×250mm),流动相为0.02mol/L NaH_2PO_4(pH2.6):甲醇(16:84),检测波长220mm。结果 在23~135μg/ml范围内,呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率和RSD分别为97.81%、1.51%。栀子炮制后熊果酸含量下降。结论 该方法可用于栀子及炮制品的质量控制,炮制可导致栀子中熊果酸的含量下降。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in Fructus Gardeniae and study the quantitative change after prepared. Methods HPLC method was used. The column was Hypersil C18 5 um(4. 6 mm x 250 mm). The mobil phase was 0.02 mol/L NaH2PO4 (pH2. 6) :methanol(16: 84). The detective wavelength was 220 mm. Results The average recovery was 97,81% ,RSD 1.51%. Conclusion The method was sample and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae. Roast could lead to quantitative decrease of ursolic acid in Fructus Gardeniae.
